- How often do you guys come out?
March-November : Weekly Service
December-February : Bi-weekly Service
- How does payment work?
We are a prepaid service. Invoices are sent on the 1st and due by the 3rd of every month.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we do not have contracts. However, we do have a service agreement that does require a signature.
- What forms of payment do you guys take?
Zelle is our primary form, but do have other options such as Apple Cash, Payment portal, Cash, etc.
- Between what times would you arrive on the property?
We will arrive between the hours of 8AM-6PM.
- Will you be on our property the same day every week?
Our goal is to service your property on the same day each week to provide consistency and reliability. However, we ask our clients to allow for a 24–48 hour scheduling buffer due to unforeseen circumstances that can occasionally arise, such as weather delays, equipment issues, or other unexpected events. If any changes to your scheduled service day are necessary, we will communicate them with you as promptly as possible.
